Beat the Heat with Summer Fruits

I saw this recipe in a magazine. It looks and sounds so refreshing. WATERMELON - MINT MARGARITAS.
You will need the following: *4 c. seeded and chopped watermelon, *1/2 c. tequila, *1/4 c. sugar, *1 tbsp grated lime rind, *1/4 c. fresh lime juice (about 3 limes), *2 tbsp chopped fresh mint leaves. (extra lime juice and sugar aside for glass rims).
Place watermelon on a cookie sheet in a single layer and freeze. Process the frozen watermelon tequila, and next 4 ingredients in a blender until slushy. Coat rims of cocktail glasses with lime juice and dip in sugar. Pour the slush into the glasses and serve!

This does sound good! I'll make them this weekend. But I need a sweet to go with it, what do you recommend? (I have tried your shortbread and biscotti's-the BEST in the world!)
