Comfort Foods Made Easy!

Chicken and Dumplings -
This is so quick and so delicious. Here is what you need:
1 32oz can of low sodium chicken broth, 1 14.5oz. can low sodium chicken broth, 3 cups of cubed cooked chicken (about 1 1/5 lb.), 1 10 3/4oz. can of cream of chicken soup, 1/4 tsp poultry seasoning, and 1 10oz. can of refrigerated jumbo buttermilk biscuits.
Stir together the first five ingredients in a dutch oven over med-high heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring often for about 15 minutes.
Place the biscuits on a lightly floured surface and roll each biscuit to about 1/8" thickness. and cut in half.
Bring heat back up to med-high and let mixture come to a low boil. Then drop the biscuits in the broth and lower heat back down to low. Biscuits should take about 15 minutes to cook.

OMG, this is truly delicious and so easy. I am so glad I came across this and especially now that it is starting to cool off.
BTW, I ordered some gift packages for clients I have in GA and they were so thrilled.
Thank you Little Bee's.

This looks delicious, but I must comment on the shipment of cookies I received as a thank you gift. I ate most of them in one day. They were so GOOOOD!!!!! I actually put them in freezer thinking that they would last long. But even out of my eyesight they were calling my name. Mike especially loved the cranberry raisin oatmeal cookies. I especially loved them all. What a thoughtful thank you. I will have to think of that next time I need a thank you gift. Great Idea!!!!!
